EasyWeb 123 – Website Design & Development Services

1. Introduction
Welcome to EasyWeb 123. These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you (“the Client”) and EasyWeb 123 (“the Company”) for the provision of website design and development services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Provided
EasyWeb 123 provides website design and development services, including but not limited to:
– The creation of multi-page informational websites
– Responsive, mobile-friendly designs
– Basic SEO best practices during development
– Domain name registration and hosting setup (if applicable)

Any additional services requested beyond the standard package may incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon before work commences.

3. Payment Terms
– The total cost for an informational website is £123, which must be paid in full before work will commence.
– This payment acts as a deposit and covers the design phase of the project. The subsequent stages of development and implementation are provided at no additional cost.
– Payment must be made via the methods specified by EasyWeb 123.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
– If the Client wishes to cancel the project before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.
– If work has already begun, EasyWeb 123 reserves the right to retain all or part of the £123 deposit to cover work completed.
– The amount retained will be calculated based on the hours worked at a rate of £41 per hour.
– If the total hours worked exceed 3 hours, the full £123 deposit will be retained.
– No refunds will be provided once the website has been completed and delivered to the Client.

5. Client Responsibilities
– The Client must provide all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and any other materials required for the website.
– The Client must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content they provide.
– Any delays in providing content may result in delays in project completion.

6. Project Timeline & Delays
– EasyWeb 123 will provide an estimated timeline for project completion; however, this is subject to change based on factors such as client responsiveness and unforeseen technical issues.
– The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required materials or feedback in a timely manner.

7. Revisions & Modifications
– The Client is entitled to a reasonable number of design revisions before final approval.
– Any requests for additional revisions beyond what is deemed reasonable may incur additional charges.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
– Upon final payment and completion, the Client will own the website’s content and domain name.
– EasyWeb 123 retains the right to use the website for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Hosting & Maintenance

Every client who commissions EasyWeb 123 to design and build a £123 website is automatically enrolled in a 12-month hosting package contract at a rate of £12.30 per month, payable via standing order or direct debit.

After the initial 12-month contract, hosting continues on a rolling monthly contract at the same rate of £12.30 per month.

Clients wishing to cancel their hosting package must provide a written or email notification at least one month in advance.

The hosting package includes:

Free domain name (registered and managed by EasyWeb 123)

Free SSL certificate for website security

Unlimited bandwidth to ensure optimal website performance

Dedicated support for any hosting-related queries or technical issues

Automatic updates to maintain site security and performance

If the Client chooses to transfer their hosting elsewhere, EasyWeb 123 is not responsible for any migration-related issues or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

10. Limitation of Liability
– EasyWeb 123 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
– The Company does not guarantee specific business results from the website, such as increased traffic or sales.

11. Termination of Agreement
– EasyWeb 123 reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any terms outlined in this document.
– In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the Client may be liable for additional costs if the work completed exceeds the deposit amount.

12. Amendments & Updates
– These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
